giant hands is a cybernetic that allows wielding items that normally require two hands in only one.

This ability applies to all hands, not just the hands that giant hands are installed on, including those granted by helping hands.

This capability also extends to missile weapon slots, allowing one to wield missile weapons that normally require two slots in only one missile weapon slot. If the implantee also has the Akimbo skill, they will fire all equipped pistols, rifles, bows, and/or heavy weapons simultaneously whenever they use the missile weapon fire action. Otherwise, the game fires only one weapon at a time, cycling through them for each separate attack. If giant hands are combined with a gun rack, the giant hands' effect also applies to the hardpoint body slots that are granted by the gun rack.
