Returns text that must be hovered to see the text inside. Breaks when using carriage return or equals sign(=), please use </br> for spoilers with multiple lines.

first arg is text to be spoiled.

second arg is spoiler level. Currently, the only planned spoiler level with functionality is "endgame".
