Fracti are a type of plant which are most commonly found growing in the stiltgrounds.

No Description
Prickle Effect
If a creature who is neutral with or disliked by Succulents walks over a fractus plant, the following effects occur:
* The creature suffers 1 damage.
* The creature will splatter blood over one or more adjacent tiles. This can result in the formation of a pool of blood (or whatever alternate type of liquid that the creature bleeds). This is an isolated single-turn effect; it is not the same as bleeding.

Creatures that are liked by Succulents (250 reputation or greater) will experience no effect when walking over a fractus plant.

Opinion
If you are not liked by succulents, running over fracti can be a quick and safe way to collect large quantities of blood. As fracti deal only a single point of damage, and grow in large patches around the Stiltgrounds where there is very little danger, all you need to do is keep an eye on your health to make sure you don't step on one with only a single HP left, set a waterskin (or other water container) to auto-collect, and run back and forth until it's as full as you want. Note that this will not work if you don't actually bleed blood, such as if you have the photosynthetic skin mutation
