As of Patch This information is reliable as of patch 2.0.209.43.

There are two classes of sleep gas-breathing-based cooking effects that can be granted by the following ingredients:

Both effects only have one basic effect each. They cannot grant triggered effects.

Basic Effects

The following basic effects can be granted by this category of ingredients.

A basic effect is guaranteed when cooking with only one ingredient. Basic effects can also sometimes be obtained when cooking with two or more ingredients. For more information, refer to basic and triggered effects.

Can use Sleep Breath at level 5. If you already have Sleep Breath, it's enhanced by 5 levels.

Powerful Basic Effects

Can use Sleep Breath at level 10. If you already have Sleep Breath, it's enhanced by 10 levels.

When  dreambeard gland paste and  concentrated dreambeard gland paste are eaten together, their effects combine. In game, when eating the meal, "Can use Sleep Breath at level 5" and "Can use Sleep Breath at level 10" are shown in the message log as separate instances. However, these levels stack, and the Attributes & Powers page will show  Sleep Breath at level 15.

Due to the passive bonus granted by  Sleep Breath, both mutations also grant the user complete resistance to  sleep gas.[3]
