Added a wares table, though I would be most grateful if someone could fact-check if the armor wares are correct (looking in PopulationTables.xml, it says they stock something from the table DynamicInheritsTable:BaseArmor:Tier1 (or 2 or 3), which I think just means random tier 1/2/3 armor, but I could be wrong there)
