Robots are a faction in Caves of Qud. They are the automated machines left behind by the past civilizations of Qud long after their fall. However, not belonging in this faction does not mean they are not a [[:Category:robots|robot]]. Some factions have learned to reprogram them and thus the robot follows that particular faction instead, such as {{favilink|Vivira}} or {{favilink|reprogrammed scrap shoveler}}.
