[[Normality]] can render parts of the map or individual objects invisible.  For example, a tile containing a [[Sparking baetyl]] will appear to be empty floor when viewed with Clairvoyance, unless the player has line of sight to that tile.  The presence of [[Normality gas]] or a [[Normality field]] will instead conceal the tile and all objects in it.
