+Eating this dish after the Cloaca Surprise overwrites the changes the Surprise has made to the player's body plan, meaning any body parts gained or lost from the prior transformation will be reverted before applying the new transformation. The special mutation from the prior transformation will be kept, which in this case is [[Bilge Sphincter]], granting a tail armed with that natural equipment.
