You teleport an adjacent creature to a random nearby location.
Cooldown: (115 - 10 * Level), minimum 5 rounds
Teleport Other is similar to Teleportation but can only be used on other creatures. Creatures cannot use Teleport Other on themselves, unless they attempt to use it on another creature that has Mental Mirror.
