dreambeards. Players with the Meal Preparation skill can preserve dreambeard glands into 
dreambeard gland paste, a cooking ingredient that grants level 5 Sleep Breath when cooked with. The gland can also be consumed directly, which causes the consumer to immediately expel a single burst of Sleep Breath.
