Regeneration and healing-based cooking effects

There are three classes of regeneration and healing-based cooking effects that can be granted by cooking with the following ingredients:

  • Simple regeneration and healing-based cooking effects:
  • Powerful regeneration and healing-based cooking effects:

Simple regeneration and healing-based cooking effects grant only Basic Effects, as listed below in the Simple Variant section. They cannot grant triggered effects.

Powerful regeneration and healing-based cooking effects grant different or more powerful version of effects, as indicated in the Powerful Variant sections below.

Basic Effects

The following basic effects can be granted by this category of ingredients.

A basic effect is guaranteed when cooking with only one ingredient. Basic effects can also sometimes be obtained when cooking with two or more ingredients. For more information, refer to basic and triggered effects.

Trigger Conditions

The following trigger conditions are associated with this category of ingredients.

A trigger condition causes another ingredient's triggered effects to activate. When cooking with two or more ingredients, the game may randomly select one ingredient to supply a trigger condition and another ingredient to supply the triggered effects. These are combined into a single randomly generated cooking effect. For more information, refer to basic and triggered effects.

Triggered Effects

These effects occur in response to a trigger condition supplied by a different ingredient.

...you heal 15-20 HP.
...one of your minor negative status effects is removed at random.
...you stop bleeding.

Powerful Variant

...you heal 40-50 HP.
...one of your major negative status effects is removed at random. If no major effects, then a minor effect is removed instead.
