Food cubes are a type of edible item included in the starting gear of True Kin that come from the Artifex, Consul, or Praetorian castes from The Ice-Sheathed Arcology of Ibul.

When eaten, they completely restore hunger.

When cooked in a meal, they provide random cooking effects (identically to the more common canned Have-It-All).

If in a named recipe, the name can have the adjectives "cube", "cubic", or "mystery", or the nouns "cube" or "mystery".[1]
