emboldened is an effect that only followers may gain if their leader has Inspiring Presence. The bonus to their hitpoints is an additional 4
HP for each ego modifier point.
If the leader gains a modifier point, their current follower(s)' HP will not update to match the new bonus. They must be re-beguiled or proselytized.
