lacquered is a mod that prevents items from rusting. Rusting is caused by falling into Brown sludge or getting hit by a 
qudzu. Items that cannot be rusted, such as 
leather apron and items that lack the Metal tag, cannot have lacquered applied to them. Only metal items can be modded to be lacquered.
