re: "considered permanent"

the reason i made those edits is because i think "considered permanent" is easily misinterpreted and it's better to say what the actual interaction is instead. e.g., does it mean you can never lose the bonus? well, no, it just means it can be used as a prerequisite. so imo say the latter instead! i haven't added it to the style guide ~yet~ because i'm still getting a feel for it and there are other uses of "considered" i need to… well, consider, lol

it's not about avoiding the word "permanent", it's about… how do i put this… you have to have observed the effect you're talking about in the first place, and "permanent" and "full part" are circumlocuting what the game expressed to you. sometimes it's useful to abbreviate something and use it as jargon. however, this doesn't appear to be one of those cases to me. you have to define what you mean afterwards anyway or it's likely to be misunderstood, or not understood at all. am i making sense?
