The Rainbow Wood is a 3 parasang by 3 parasang area within the central jungles of Qud. It is unique in that attempting to navigate it on the world map will cause the player character to immediately become lost, even if transitioning from a zone within the Wood to the overworld.
The Wood contains a dense population fungi and weeps, similar to a fungal biome, along with rivers of 
primordial soup. The soup, though inert on its own, will spawn large numbers of 
soupy sludges on contact with any other liquid.
