Fungi are a faction consisting of various weeps, puffs, and other mushroom entities. The vast majority of fungi are incredibly tough, but low level and immobile. This is made up for by infesting local creatures in fungal biomes with fungal infections, modifying them to be friends to fungi and fungus ridden.

Instead of granting the player a skill or giving the player an item during the water ritual, the player can ask for a legendary fungus to infect a limb with a fungal infection.
