The trolls are a faction consisting of the three unique legendary creatures residing in the healing pool strata of 
Bethesda Susa, as well as any 
troll foals that may bud from their bodies.
Performing the water ritual with a troll allows the player to learn the locations of "storied items," namely 
Stopsvalinn, the 
Ruin of House Isner, and 
Kindrish. Receiving secrets from trolls is the only consistent way to learn the location of Kindrish.
The unique trolls each pose their own challenge in combat. Details on each troll's capabilities can be found on their respective pages.
