re: "considered permanent"

the reason i made those edits is because i think "considered permanent" is easily misinterpreted and it's better to say what the actual interaction is instead. e.g., does it mean you can never lose the bonus? well, no, it just means it can be used as a prerequisite. so imo say the latter instead! i haven't added it to the style guide ~yet~ because i'm still getting a feel for it and there are other uses of "considered" i need to… well, consider, lol

it's not about avoiding the word "permanent", it's about… how do i put this… you have to have observed the effect you're talking about in the first place, and "permanent" and "full part" are circumlocuting what the game expressed to you. sometimes it's useful to abbreviate something and use it as jargon. however, this doesn't appear to be one of those cases to me. you have to define what you mean afterwards anyway or it's likely to be misunderstood, or not understood at all. am i making sense?

Feedback reply

I realized the problem shortly after I published the change, though I didn't have time to fix it. I was really hoping I'd be able to do so before you noticed, I guess an hour was too long lol. :)

Either way I appreciate the feedback and I'll be sure to spell out things more directly in future pages, I'll also see what I can do about updating ones which already contain the "considered permanent"" wording. it's mostly just an issue of the time I have avalible to do these pages is soon going to be drastically decrease and I'd rather focus on at least finishing a couple more of the 3 license point cybernetics before then. Since some of those are going to require a lot of attention, better I do major edits when I'm fully focused and not having to divide my attention.

Though if you'd rather I focus on changing the wording I can work on that also. Updating 77 pages alone is a pretty big undertaking, but I'll do my absolute best.
