PAGENAME increases the chance that a creature will strike with their off-hand weapon when attacking in melee by 20%. This increases the base 15% chance to 35% (or to 55% if the creature also has the Ambidexterity skill). This skill only applies to the weapon in the main off-hand slot; it does not affect additional limbs.
name increases the chance that a creature will strike with an offhand weapon when attacking in melee to 35%.

This skill does not apply to offhand slots that are considered mutated limbs or robotic arms. For more details, see: Offhand.

For a creature who already has Ambidexterity or Two-weapon Fighting but not Offhand Strikes, obtaining Offhand Strikes itself has no additional effect. However, since buying Dual Wield grants both it and Flurry, doing so may confer additional benefit, while water ritualing for Offhand Strikes alone (on the off chance that that's possible) confers none.
