Creates an infobox that defines the parameters of a sultan history event type. Used on the sultan histories page.
Required parameters:
- title
- id
Optional parameters:
- cognomen
- likedfaction

- resultsinfakedeath

- set to any value to use a relative reference (when the ID was already specified earlier on the page)
