Aside from standard properties like damage and weight, items can have many other unlisted properties that effect how it behaves.
Properties
Metal
When an item is metal, there are two things that it can be effected by that nonmetal weapons cannot. Specifically, rusting and being pulled by magnets.
Organic
Unequippable
Once equipped, it cannot be unequipped by normal means.
EMP Sensitive
This item will deactivate if hit by an EMP blast, usually from Electromagnetic Impulse or an EMP grenade.
