If someone teaches you a schematic directly, you presumably still need the Tinkering skill to build it? Or does that somehow bypass it? -- JohnnyCats (talk) 22:27, 26 December 2024 (UTC)

You will be able to build it even if you don't have the tinkering level. However you will still need the base tinkering skill to bring up the menu. -- Teamtoto (talk) 23:38, 26 December 2024 (UTC)
