HP (referred to in game as "HP-based cooking effects") is a cooking effect that gives player characters effects related to to their HP, this could mean either losing HP as a trigger action, or healing of even temporarily gaining max HP as an effect.
Items that can grant the HP cooking effect:
Unit Effects
These effects can be acquired by cooking only with one ingredient and do not need a trigger event to use.
+10-15% max HP |
Trigger Action
These indicate events that can cause a triggered effect from another ingredient.

Triggered Effects
These effects are in response to a trigger event caused by another ingredient.
