HP (referred to in game as "HP-based cooking effects") is a cooking effect that gives player characters effects related to to their HP, this could mean either losing HP as a trigger action, or healing of even temporarily gaining max HP as an effect.

Items that can grant the HP cooking effect:

Error: operator for the virtual field 'Food.CookEffect' must be 'HOLDS', 'HOLDS NOT', 'HOLDS LIKE' or 'HOLDS NOT LIKE'.

Trigger Action

These indicate events that can cause a triggered effect from another ingredient.
