Joppa recoiler
A small crystalline disk with a recessed button on top.
The Joppa Recoiler teleports the player to the town of 
Joppa when used. A properly charged Energy Cell must be installed, and it cannot be used when in combat or while hostile enemies are nearby.
It is rewarded by Argyve for completing the quest Weirdwire Conduit.. Eureka!.
