A Ubernostrum injector is a Tonic which, when applied, causes the player to rapidly regenerate health and regrow a limb. As with all Tonics, Ubernostrum injector provide better effects to True Kin.

Ubernostrum injector are one of the few methods of regrowing severed limbs, and thus should be saved for this purpose rather than used for health restoration. (Unless, of course, it is a choice between dying and using an Ubernostrum injector)

Achievements

An Ubernostrum injector can be used to regrow one’s face after having it severed, so that one can wear the severed face on the regrown face, granting the To Thine Own Self Be True Achievement. See Voluntary Dismemberment for a detailed explanation.
