The player can speak with the cannibal and Mechanimist convert, and in this conversation the player can start the O Glorious Shekhinah! quest. The player will also receive a "bauble", which in Joppa has a 95% chance of either being chosen randomly from either a box of crayons, a gyre iron, a bubble level, or a salt mill. The other 5% of the time, it will be a tier 1 trinket. In starting villages other than Joppa, these chances are instead 75% and 25% respectively, meaning they have a higher chance of giving a slightly more useful bauble.[1]
