You assume the form of any creature you touch.
Cooldown: (525 - 25 * Level) rounds
May only assume the form of creatures level (1 + Level) * 5 or lower
Despite what the description says, the level cap for transforming into creatures does not work, and players are free to transform into any creature regardless of the target's level.
