Creatures with the Astral tag are permanently phased. These include:
Phased creatures cannot be interacted with unless with something else in the same phase state, or get hit by a phase-conjugate grenade.
When phasing in to a wall surrounded by 8 other solid walls, it is death instantly. This also grants the achievement The Laws of Physics Are Mere Suggestions, Vol. 1 if this happens to the player.
