Every game generates 5 randomized Sultan cults. They are hostile towards all creatures except members of their faction. Each cult will dedicate themselves to worshiping one sultan and consist of faction members of the faction that sultan had a shared history with. All associated painted or engraved items will increase reputation with that cult.
