A programmable recoiler is a recoiler that can set its location to whatever the player chooses, as long as they are in that location. Unlike the reprogrammable recoiler, this location cannot be overwritten. Imprinting a location costs 10,000 charge, a full unmodded chem cell, preventing cells like fidget cells and solar cells from being used for imprinting.
