A hookah is a furniture item that can hold a small amount of liquid. If filled with at least one dram of pure 
water, it can be activated to release a small line of smoke, and will print the line "You take a puff on the hookah." to the message log. This has no gameplay impact and is purely for roleplay aesthetics, outside of potentially being required for a Village Quest.
They can most commonly be found in the Hookah tents in the Stiltgrounds, and occasionally in houses in settlements.
