Certain foods are classified as a "Snack". These foods do not completely restore hunger, but they can partially restore hunger (they restore 200 hunger points).
To go from just becoming hungry back to completely sated, a player must eat:
- 6 snacks if they do not have the Fasting Way or Mind over Body skills.
- 12 snacks if they have the Fasting Way skill but not that Mind over Body skill.
- 36 snacks if they have the Mind over Body skill but not the Fasting Way skill.
- 72 snacks if they have both the Fasting Way and the Mind over Body skill.
To go from just becoming famished back to completely sated, a player must eat twice as many snacks as listed above.
