enigma snail

A giant cone of calcereous shell conceals a softform body. It tilts to the side, and its many whorls are sequenced to impress the eye with pleasing geometry before swerving to uncomfortable and dizzying disharmony.

Enigma snails appear in the Palladium Reef, and are noted for their use of Confusion and their \perplexcis melee attack that permanently drains Willpower by one point, similar to a will sap.

An enigma snail corpse may be butchered into an enigma cap or enigma cone which grant 3 levels of the Confusion mutation.
