A phase web is created in place of a normal 
web by 
Spinnerets when the weaver of the web is phased. phase webs can be harvested into 
phase silk, which provides phasing-based effects when cooked with.
Tips
- A character with spinnerets is able to obtain an infinite amount of phase silk by phasing out, spinning webs, harvesting the webs, and cooking with them to phase out again. Note there's only a 33% chance that a given phase web can be harvested.
