Adding details on how boosting toughness works; while this is technically all the result of the generic rules for altering your toughness, Ego Projection is the only temporary Toughness buff most players will see, so it's worth explaining here.

When boosting toughness, note that it will immediately increase both your current and maximum HP; this boost (like all boosts from increased toughness) will increase with level. When it wears off, you will lose ''both'' the current and maximum HP that it added; but this cannot kill you - if it would reduce you below 1 HP, it will leave you at 1 instead.
