This opaline, phosphorescent globe fits into the palm of a human hand and glows with the light of auroras absorbed eons ago.
A glowsphere is a light source of light radius 8 which, unlike a 
torch, will never burn out.

Trivia
- Prior to patch 2.0.201.62,
Warden Ualraig in the starting village of 
Joppa always carried a glowsphere that could be purchased for a fairly reasonable price. The warden no longer carries a glowsphere, and its price has been significantly increased.
