Non exhaustive list of items that were removed from game and have no wiki pages, since they were not significant to have their own pages:

All "short blade" weapons, which were like their dagger counter parts but weighted 3# instead of one. Removed due to this redundancy.
plastic armor, which could only appear in game through wishing.
Very early versions of the game had a prototype version of cybernetics with only a few things available. Most of these were transitioned to the modern cybernetics system, but one of them was a gun-arm, which replaced one of the player's arms, and which is no longer in the game.
