fire suppression system will cover the creature it is implanted in with pure gel whenever they begin burning and will continue to do so for as long as the effect persists. This is generally sufficient to keep a creature from being vaporized while swimming in lava, but will not stop them from taking damage from burning or protect flammable items in their inventory.

Advantages

  • Useful against creatures capable of fire damage such as dawngliders or Gunner-Knight Templars equipped with flamethrowers.
  • Does not take a turn unlike most other forms of temperature reduction.
  • Makes the Asphalt Mines much easier to navigate.
  • Low cost allows for easy installation without much impact on the user's ablitly to install other implants.
