An empty injector is, as the name suggests, the empty tube which contains the tonic found in other injectors.

Contrary to what might be assumed, a player does not receive an empty injector upon using a “filled” injector.

As they provide no positive effects when applied, (instead causing heavy Bleeding) empty injectors mostly serve an offensive purpose as ammo for the booster gun.
