An artifact is any object that requires inspection by the player to identify. This includes a wide variety of types of objects. For more information about the process of identifying artifacts, refer to the artifact examination page.
Often, artifacts can be disassembled for tinkering bits, but this is not always the case.
A few examples of artifacts include:
