Some clever tinker has fitted a spring-loaded tendon around each of these boots to mimic the gait of a large, sprinting bird.

 As long as you have worn this item for at least 100 rounds, you sprint at thrice your movement speed.

The bounding boots are tier 4 footwear that has average AV, but a unique effect that triples the wearer's Movement Speed by 3 while sprinting, instead of the normal sprinting speed of twice the original movement speed. Equipping the bounding boots causes a timer starting from 100 to count down every turn. When the timer finishes counting down, the wearer will be granted the effect Springing, which is what triggers the increase in sprinting speed.
