Animated birds flap and shift over the cloak's folds and ruffles. A myriad of species, sizes and colors.

When the wearer takes any damage, the mercurial cloak has a 100% chance to teleport the wearer to a random location in the current zone. This consumes 100 charge from the currently installed energy cell.

This effect is triggered by each individual damage event, so, for example, if the wearer suffers a direct hit by a grenade, they will suffer the throwing hit damage from the grenade itself but then teleport away before the grenade explodes.
