law-enforcement security card: Opens red, yellow, green, and blue security doors

Tips

Normally much, much more rare than the other four security cards. However, a military security card has a significant 2.8% chance of being awarded for a village quest (at any zone tier), and the quest reward can be re-rolled through Precognition.
