A lightweight cylinder of thin metal.
A flashbang grenade mk III is a throwable weapon that explodes when thrown, confusing anything within a 4 tile radius for 3d4+47-16 (Avg: 11.5) turns.
They are the strongest of the flashbang grenades.
A flashbang grenade is a component of the cure for Monochrome. While a flashbang grenade mk III will work for this purpose, a flashbang grenade mk I or flashbang grenade mk II will work just as well, along with being generally easier to come by and less valuable outside of the treatment for Monochrome.
