A hulk honey injector is a Tonic. As with all Tonics, hulk honey injectors provide better effects to True Kin.
hulk honey injectors are crafted from <01> and either an 
albino ape heart or a 
ogre ape heart.
The “you cannot feel pain” effect functions identically to 
Nerve Poppy (D), preventing the player from seeing their exact hitpoints.
Overdosing
When overdosing hulk honey injectors, the player character will be inflicted with an angry version of confusion. It is functionally the same as a normal level 1 confused with 
-1DV and -1 MA. Further overdosing with a hulk honey injector will increase the confusion level by 1.
