A phase web is created in place of a normal 
web by Spinnerets when the weaver of the web is phased.

phase silk, which can grant phasing when cooked with, allowing a character with spinnerets to obtain an infinite amount of phase silk by phasing out, spinning webs, harvesting the webs, and cooking with them to phase out again.
