Set into an ancient rust-stained metal box are a speaker and an anonymous button.
The communications panel is a powered communications panel outside the entrance to 
Grit Gate. The player can interact with the communications panel to speak to the Barathrumites.
Activating the communications panel and providing either Argyve's data disk(favilink error!), the 
stamped data disk, or the 
scratched data disk will allow the player to begin the More Than a Willing Spirit main quest. Each disk will trigger unique dialog from the communications panel.
Activating the communications panel a second time after accepting the quest will grant the player entry to an initial foyer where they can interact with 
Mafeo, who is a merchant that sells a variety of goods, including unidentified 
Grit Gate recoilers.
