A small steel shield meant to be strapped to the arm, leaving the hands free.
Shields only grant their AV when you successfully block an attack.
The best non-unique buckler available in the game. A great choice until a player is lucky enough to find 
Stopsvalinn.
Steel bucklers are often worn by goatfolk, who are commonly found in the 
jungle.
